We believe in the city! In urban redevelopment and regeneration, in mixed-use and multi-modal accessibility. We focus on integrated, green and sustainable projects. No new greenfield constructions and no fringe business parks. We are downtown!

Ambition

We’re ambitious to reshape tomorrow’s cities and we’re aware of the impact that this will have for the next generation. At the same time, we’re realistic enough to see that we can’t do this on our own: We strongly believe there’s a better way to organize, structure and develop the cities we live in and we aim to partner up with the best of breed in order to accomplish our ambitious and important goals. At DWNTWN we aim to be more than a property brand. We aim to be a reference in future proof development.

Passion

As passionate urban dwellers ourselves, we have a great passion for urban architecture, development and sustainability, but also for human interactions and life itself... Buildings shape the city, but it’s the way that real estate enables people to live, work, play and interact that defines truly successful projects.

Fun

We’re convinced that professionalism is key in a profession as complicated as real estate development, but even more convinced that you can’t perform efficiently if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing. While we’re very serious about our business, we try to combine our profession with a healthy dose of fun along the way.

Located near the Meiser Square in Brussels (Schaerbeek), this former headquarters of Canal+ needed a thorough repositioning after it had been occupied by the same user for more than two decades. Even though it had been on the market for more than a year before we acquired it, we strongly believed that this building possessed the right characteristics for a successfull repositioning.
